Computers and the Annoying Things that They Do

So, first of all, can I just say that I'm not a huge fan of the new version of Gmail because for some reason it randomly decided to block everyone on my contact list! And it took me a while to figure out how to actually go and find my contact list and unblock people! Apparently, my anti-virus software found a virus this morning, which might explain why last night and the night before Firefox decided to try to open every single webpage in my history list in a separate window. Which, of course, made my computer crash. It didn't tell me anything about this virus other than that it's gone now, but I'm thinking these two things must be connected somehow. And on top of all of this, they've been upgrading the servers around here or something, so the internet was really slow from Thurs-Sat, and things kept timing out when I tried to open them, and I couldn't sign into Gchat at all, which was annoying because I like to talk to people. Then on Sunday the internet just didn't work at all most of the day. And now it's working again, and I can sign into Gchat (until it decided to block all of my contacts!). And interestingly enough, now that the internet is back and my virus is gone and I fixed Gchat, the internet actually seems to be a bit faster than it was before all of this happened. Let's just hope it stays that way!
